Onca Explorations invites you to live an unforgettable experience exploring the islands that surround Mazatlan. Our crew of oceanographers and naturalists will guide you in this adventure as you learn about the geological and natural history of the islands of the Gulf of California.

You will discover the region´s great diversity of marine fauna, like sea lions, sea birds, giant mantas, and sea turtles, as well as a great variety of tropical fishes while we take you snorkeling in different spots of the islands…..

The following islands will be visited: Stone Island, Los Cardones (snorkel), Cerro Creston (natural lighthouse), Dos hermanos, Turtle rock (sea lion sighting - winter), Lobos Island, Bird Island (natural reserve, sea bird sighting, snorkel), Deer Island.
On board 24 ft. super pangas, capacity 6-8 pax., 115-225 HP,
**Deer Island (complimentary lunch, free time to enjoy the beach, snorkel or a brief hike on the island)

Pick Up We do have pick up service only from Hotels, cruise ship passangers must take a taxi to our location. No drop off service.
Requirements There isnt any special requirement for this tour other than being able to walk

9 am Pick up
9:15 Continental beakfast and briefing about island ecology and natural history
8:45 Transportation to Marina
10:00 am Explorations begins (Islands).
12:00 Complimentary light lunch in Deer Island
2 pm Back to Marina

Cancelations Full refund minus $25 cancelation fee per reservation if done before a week in advance. 50% if done in 48 hours to 7 days prior the charter. No show = No refund.
